WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY KIT TO ARRIVE?

Sick care package orders placed before 3:00PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will ship the same day they were placed. All orders ship via USPS's Priority Mail Service which is a 2-3 Business Day delivery time. You may upgrade your shipping method to a faster service for an additional fee. For international orders visit our Amazon Store.

**Please note our same day shipping service is not a same day delivery service. The postal service is responsible for delivering your order to you in the advertised time frame.

WHY PURCHASE FROM OUR SITE VS AMAZON?

All of our kits are available to purchase via our Amazon Store. However, depending on the location, often times our facility is able to ship an order out faster and have it delivered sooner than Amazon. You also have the option to upgrade your shipping method should you need it expedited. Also when you order from our site you avoid long delays with Amazon Customer Service should there be any issue with your order. All concerns will be handled promptly by our customer service team.

HOW DO I PERSONALIZE AN ORDER?

Sending to a Friend or Family member and would like to add a personalized message? Simply select "Add a note" at checkout and enter your message. We will add this to your order at no additional cost to you!

Orders over $500 are eligible for bulk discount pricing. We are able to offer varying discount levels depending on the kit variation and amount. Please contact us for more information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All of our Sick-Kit get well care packages include over-the-counter medicine, and consumable food items. Due to the nature of the contents of our kits we do not accept returns on any version of the kits. If you have an issue with any of our kits being damaged please contact us to resolve the issue.
